Mr. Watanabe lost the majority of his money at Caesars Palace and claims that the main reason why he went on such a bad losing streak is because he was gambling while drunk. He’s paid back the majority of his losses but still owes over $14 million dollars that he refuses to pay and will possibly face jail time for.
